Therapeutic Yoga + Strength

Danielle is available for private sessions and can create a movement practice tailored to your needs. Session themes include beginner, fitness, and therapeutic yoga.  In addition to strength, range of motion and flexibility, appointments  are often comprised of meditation, breath work, and myofascial release.  Danielle has experience working with a variety of clients including those with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis, persistent pain, Osteoporosis, Herniated Disks, Low Back Pain, Scoliosis and more.  

Nutrition + Meal Prep

Sessions include nutrition eduction and behavior-change strategies to help you develop life-long dietary habits, leading to better health. The goal is to learn about clean whole food and how YOUR body works. It’s time to gather information, pay attention, make choices and understand the consequences. Danielle understands it can be a struggle to "be healthy" with busy schedules and families. Lasting change requires work and self-accountability.  Programs are customizable.  Appointments can be online and in-person, single or multiple session, and include goal and action setting, meal planning, and accountability.

Self-Care + Stress Reduction

Are you feeling stressed or on edge?  When was the last time you took care of yourself?  I understand that life gets busy and you have lots to do.  But you deserve someone who will listen, make you a cup of tea, and allow you to relax your aching shoulders.  In addition to the stress of daily life, yoga, and meditation, are excellent tools for managing anxiety and depression or regulating the nervous system.

SC + SR sessions include a time to listen, tea, restorative yoga, myo-facial release + hot stone therapy.  We can create a plan that prioritizes the care of your mind and body, including how to incorporate self-care practices and perspectives on your own each day and beyond.  Sessions are available online, in-person, single, and muti-session.

Danielle is  a Certified Professional Coach from The Academy of Creative Coaching.  She is regarded as a Health & Wellness expert and Small Business Mentor with life experience and active listening skills.  Her passion is helping you find your passion! What goals do you have?  Are you working on a current “project” and don’t know where to begin or need support while creating your game plan?  Let's get started.
