Fascia is the connective tissue system directly under your skin that supports, repairs and communicates (and so much more!) throughout the body. Danielle will lead us through an interactive discussion and an all level yoga practice that will include Restorative elements. We will move through several Self Myofascial Release Techniques using a variety of props. Our goal is to hydrate, restore the body’s fascial communication network, relieve discomfort and tension and promote healing in the focused areas.
We all have day-to-day stress and our stress responses keep us safe in the face of danger. But when that response keeps firing, day after day, it could put your health risk.
In addition to causing sleep disturbances, stress releases hormones in your body that cause everything from weight gain to inflammation and physical changes in the connective tissue of your body. Let’s talk about how the body responds to stress and techniques that allow it to return to a state of rest while still building a successful career.

Ladies Only! A night of sexy, fun, fitness with Danielle. What happens here stays here! Let’s laugh and move to a great playlist. Wear something RED, the color of passion and love. Barre is a fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. During a BarreSexy night we will be adding in a variety of dance styles and sex appeal! This class was inspired by Jill Rose Jacobs and her Burlesque Barre style of fun and fitness.
There are no rules other than having fun. The class is closed with a traditional yoga savasana and an inspirational reading.
