21-Day Yoga Challenge

Get your body moving every day for 21 days.  You can complete all or part of the practice.  This is great for beginners, those that want some range of motion in the morning or need a quick moving meditation to start/end their day.  Make adjustments as needed.  The point is to create consistency.  If you need to change anything, add more or remove a pose that is fine!  Email me if you have questions or let me know that you completed the challenge: danielle@redlifeyoga.com
