Welcome to RedLife Yoga & Wellness.  I am Danielle Rush, Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Chef.  I want you to enjoy life and I believe that comes through daily meditation, meals (the food you eat) and enjoying a regular movement practice (exercise).  Additionally, all of us need to find that something that provides a source of joy and passion.  For me, it’s art and education, maybe for you it’s music or travel.
